We want to express our sincere thanks to Dave and his crew, especially Nate and Matt, for cleaning up some vintage 1978 wiring issues and ensuring that the house was up to code. Great service, in a very timely manner! These guys show up on time and work hard to get the job done right. We are very happy with the service and material that came at a great value. We really loved working with Jesse Keagle. He was on time, efficient, worked really hard, and found and fixed problems with old wiring when replacing our lights. He legitimately kept our house from burning down and we are so thankful for his expertise. He made sure we were happy and was concerned with keeping our house clean. He's so precise I noticed after he left that he made sure all of the screws were turned the same way on our outlet covers. That's truly paying attention to detail.

We had Roxanne Sidebottom out for a service call today. The issue that we had turned out to be a quick fix. In the process of diagnosing the problem, Roxanne found some odd wiring in the breaker panel. Thankfully she took the extra time to correct those issues. Roxanne’s attention to detail and safety is very much appreciated.

Dan Riddle from Raven Electric did an outstanding job on my lighting project in Girdwood! From the start, he took the time to help me design the perfect layout for my recessed lighting, ensuring minimal cuts to the sheetrock. His attention to detail was truly impressive—not only was the installation seamless, but he also kept my home incredibly clean by tidying up as he worked, leaving little to no dust behind. Plus, he was always on time each morning, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Roxanne Sidebottom rocks for real. I can’t tell you how nice it was to have someone that spoke English show up to my house to fix the outdoor lights on my home, and even more.. someone that went above and beyond even hooking up my security cameras. 10/10 Raven Electric, Roxanne specifically, is my new preference.

After having a snafu with trying to DIY the installation of a dimmer switch, we were very happy to have an electrician from Raven come in to fix the situation. The issue ended up being a problem with the replacement dimmer but we wanted a professional to troubleshoot and confirm we weren’t dealing with any other problems. We got an appointment the same day that we called and Roxanne was in and out of the house in under 20 minutes. The pricing was very reasonable and we’ll definitely be calling them for future projects.

First and foremost, Raven Electric is absolutely top notch! We took our electric tec by snowmachine to our cabin 53 miles off the road system. He pounded out the job in 1.5 days and with short notice made it happen for us. My only complaint is that the owner "Dave House" needs to get out of the office more so I can show him how to fish. The bottom line, is if you want professional service and a job done right, Raven is a "must" for you.
